In a statement from Bovada, their poker department will be shutting down, with Ignition Casino taking over by the end of next month.
Ignition Casino makes a bold statement with the acquisition of Bovada Poker, suggesting they plan on sticking around in the online gambling scene for the long haul.
The two companies have made an effort to make the ongoing transition as seamless as possible, and sharing the same platform and coming from the same parent company has helped make that possible.
Per Bovada, users can expect a smooth transition, as Ignition Casino will showcase many of the same features they had grown accustomed to via Bovada Poker, such as anonymous poker tables and 'Zone poker'. Bovada also pointed out that both sites will operate shared player pools simultaneously up until the completion of the transition.

Previously just a fledgling in the online betting and casino scene, Ignition Casino has only been around since early 2016.
